I am at a loss why the Friend would publish a letter like Leslie Fuhrmann’s. Whilst everyone has the right to be critical of the Bible - or indeed any religious texts or claims (such as Leslie’s) - this is a very odd letter indeed - confused, judgmental and, unfortunately, rather arrogant.
