Sibford celebrates as past meets future

Pupils look to the future of their eighty-year-old school

June marks the eightieth anniversary of the opening of the main school building. September sees the twenty-first anniversary of the opening of the Junior School. Meanwhile, Sibford is also looking to the future as it embarks on the second stage of a major expansion programme.

‘It’s exciting times for Sibford’, says head Michael Goodwin. ‘It’s great to look back and to see how the school has developed since it was first launched back in 1842. But, more importantly, it’s great that we are in a position where we can continue to expand.’
