Southport Friends remember stabbing victims

Southport Friends joined others to remember Alice da Silva Aguiar, Bebe King, Elsie Dot Stancombe, and those injured during the knife attack in 2024

Southport Meeting House joined other places of worship last week to mark the first anniversary of the knife attack in which three young girls were killed. Across the town, churches opened their doors to remember nine-year-old Alice da Silva Aguiar; six-year-old Bebe King; and seven-year-old Elsie Dot Stancombe. Many more were left with life-changing injuries, and the psychological impacts of witnessing the attack.
